SAHIBKIRAN AMIR TEMUR – A WARRIOR AND POLITICAL LEADER WHO LEFT A DEEP MARK IN WORLD HISTORY

It emphasizes that, based on the Temur Tuzuklari, Sahibqiran established an effective system of governance, promoting justice and truth as the fundamental principles of his rule and creating a centralized state. The article also illustrates, with examples, his wise economic policy aimed at developing agriculture, craftsmanship, and trade, his use of incentive-based taxation methods, and his efforts to expand both domestic and foreign trade.

Furthermore, the article discusses Amir Temur’s strict approach to selecting officials, his firm commitment to ensuring the rule of law, and the decisive measures he took against oppressive administrators, based on historical sources. Through the opinions of foreign historians and writers, his international prestige and recognition are also demonstrated.
