Abstract

In this article, the formation of compound words in English and Uzbek, their structural-semantic features, as well as compound phraseological units are analyzed from a comparative perspective. Within the scope of the research, the morphological structure, semantic integrity, and orthographic features of compound units in both languages are identified.
