Abstract
The article is dedicated to the methods of reward and punishment that class teachers can use to manage pupils’ behavior. The following approaches were considered to stimulate positive behavior and prevent disciplinary violations in the school environment. The article provides a detailed description of effective reward strategies, such as praise, rewards, and methods aimed at maintaining motivation and responsibility among students. At the same time, the article analyzes punishment methods, including behavior correction through disciplinary measures like warnings, temporary restrictions, and other approaches that help bring students back in line with school norms.
