THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF TENSES IN ENGLISH AND UZBEK LANGUAGES

Abstract

This article presents a comparative analysis of tenses in the English and Uzbek languages. It identifies the similarities and differences in the grammatical structure, meaning expression, and usage of tenses in both languages. The main tense forms in English are compared with their corresponding equivalents in Uzbek, and the major difficulties encountered in language learning are analyzed.
