Abstract
This article develops an integrated model for the formation of a cultural-didactic environment in general secondary schools and analyzes its effectiveness in detail based on empirical research. The study deeply studied the components of didactic competence, reflective pedagogical activity, social interaction, and research-based education. The results confirmed the high importance of the model in improving the quality of education and educational effectiveness.
